SALARY : R138 486 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum requirement: Basic numeracy and literacy. Experience: Appropriate cleansing journey in a healthcare environment. Inherent necessities of the job: Ability to operate bodily tasks, e.g., lifting heavy equipment. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public vacation trips & night time duty. Willingness to rotate. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Ability to graph and arrange work schedules for cleansing services. Good conversation skills. Ability to adhere to security standards, consisting of Infection Prevention and Control. Ability to do health facility hygiene audits. Understanding of health center waste management, linen management, catering, and time management. Ability to work beneath pressure.

DUTIES : Responsible for cleansing obligations inside a medical and well-known areas i.e. sweeping, dusting, mopping, scrubbing and polishing, deep cleansing of toilets, waste administration and upkeep of accepted neatness and hygiene in the area. Effectively execute terminal cleansing in remoted areas, ICU, etc. Render assistance to the supervisor with normal housekeeping responsibilities such as control of cleansing and family equipment, care, and manage of linen, serving of meals to patients and Waste Management. Ensure that cleansing tools is clean after utilization and securely stored. Effectively use of cleansing dealers as well as fundamental inventory control.
