Programme Purpose
The Sector Specific Trainee Programme goals to:
Equip members with sensible capabilities and exposure to industry-specific tasks.
Enhance employability thru training, mentorship, and overall performance reviews.
Develop a pipeline for key roles inside Transnet Port Terminals (TPT).
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in departmental tasks and operational tasks.
Support administrative functions, documentation, and reporting.
Participate in coaching sessions, workshops, and mentorship programmes.
Shadow skilled experts to achieve enterprise insights.
Follow organization policies, procedures, and protection regulations.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12 / Matric
Advantageous: TVET N6 in Logistics/Transport
Must be between the a long time of 18 and 35 years
Key Competencies
Good interpersonal and conversation skills
Conflict administration and decision abilities
Strong interest to element and integrity
Ability to work underneath stress and multi-task
Computer literacy and know-how of Microsoft Office
