SALARY : R1 057 326 per annum (Level 13), (All-inclusive package). The all-inclusive
remunerative bundle consists of primary revenue (70% of the whole remuneration
package), the State’s contribution to the Government Employees Pension Fund

Experience and capabilities in improvement and implementation of threat and ethics management frameworks, policies, strategies, structures and protocols, excellent
communication (both verbal and file writing), trouble solving, research, analytical and presentation skills. Ability to follow frameworks, policies, strategies, gather and analyse information, and work underneath stress for prolonged intervals of time.

DUTIES : The profitable candidate will be accountable for offering typical management and management to the Directorate: Risk and Ethics Management and operate the following key functions: Develop, put in force and preserve an organization risk management framework and aiding policies, strategies, methodologies, practices and procedures; Coordinate/facilitate threat administration things to do in the Department; Facilitate danger identification, evaluation and response; Facilitate the development and renovation of a threat registers; Monitor implementation of the risk mitigation strategies; Provide continuous recommendation and assist to line managers on chance and ethics administration matters; Effectively and correctly control ethics and fraud inside the Department; Development of fraud and ethics management Frameworks, policies, strategies, practices and procedures; Conduct investigations into allegations of unethical conducts, economic disclosures and noncompliance; Compile and current applicable reviews to management, governance and oversight structures; Manage education, education and awareness campaigns on hazard and ethics administration to promote a danger administration culture and ability on danger administration in the Department; Manage human and financial resources inside the Directorate.
