SALARY : R1 251 183 – R1 495 956 per annum, (All inclusive remuneration package). The
successful candidate will be required to sign a overall performance agreement.
CENTRE : National Office, Pretoria
REQUIREMENTS : An undergraduate LLB qualification (NQF degree 7) as identified by way of SAQA or equivalent qualification; Master’s diploma in the discipline of Public Law, Constitutional Law, International Law, Human Rights, Law will be an advantage; Minimum of 6 years trip in Human Rights, International Law & Human Rights regulation or
Public Law; 5 years of journey at a senior managerial level; Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (PFMA) and finances management; Knowledge of the Public Service and its governance; Knowledge of all relevant
governance prescripts, which includes Treasury instructions. DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Oversee lookup and strengthen constitutional matters; Conduct investigations on the system of constitutional amendments of the primary and subordinate rules that have bearing on the constitution, constitutionally mandated legislations; Provide coordinated authorities help to the Constitutional Review Committee on constitutionally, legislative matters; Provide strategic recommendation on constitutional matters; Provide advantageous human beings management.
