SALARY : R363 801 – R407 625 per annum (salary will commensurate with years of
experience)
CENTRE : HSRC Building, Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS : Registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) as a Social Worker plus eight (8) years’ suitable ride in social work after registration as Social Worker with the SACSSP. Knowledge of the applicable Public Service Regulatory Framework such as the PSR and PFMA. Knowledge of the policy, regulation and suggestions for rules of social carrier professions. Competencies needed: Projec administration skills. Planning and organizing skills. Networking skills. Communication (written and verbal) skills; Policy evaluation and improvement skills. Financial management skills. Presentation skills. Monitoring and assessment skills. Ability to assemble complicated reports. DUTIES : Support the development, evaluation and implementation policies, legislation, hints and techniques for rules of social provider professions. Support advantageous functioning of the SACSSP. Conduct potential constructing on the Policy for Social Service Practitioners. Develop and enforce capability programmes and Policy for Social Service Practitioners, expert behavior rules, policies and code of ethics for social carrier professions. Develop, and reveal implementation of hints for coordination and liaison with social carrier expert and practitioner associations and networks. Organise sectoral buildings on social carrier training and practice. Support professionalization of rising social carrier occupations. Monitor implementation of non-stop expert improvement interventions and programmes. Undertake social lookup on social provider practice. Conduct contrast of policies, legislation, tips and techniques on law of social carrier professions. Perform the administrative features required in the unit.
