SALARY : R124 434 per annum (Level 3)
CENTRE : Hydrometry Office (Boskop Dam)

REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 10 certificate. Driver’s License Code EC with legitimate PDP / Operator License (Attach a copy). One (1) to three (3) years’ ride in driving. Experience in using services. Knowledge in working services. Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, procedure and organizational and authorities structures. Basic expertise in technical services. Knowledge of authorities regulations, exercise notes, circulars, and coverage frameworks. Delegation authority. Knowledge of Financial administration and PFMA.

DUTIES : Responsible for conducting first-rate assurance of driver/operator systems. Implement quality exercise of driver/operator systems. Responsible for day by day roadworthy inspections. Responsible to make sure that cars are serviced on time. Analyze logistics operations. Transportation of personnel, gear and materials. Collection of items at suppliers and departmental stores. Maintenance of register involving deliveries and pickups. Function in
accordance with relevant legislative requirements. Routine preservation of equipment. Routine inspection of seen defects round the exterior of the tools and vehicles. Attend to unique requests. Recording of day by day trips, gas and fluids levels. Periodic tests on automobiles renovation standards. Ensure that the vicinity is clean, the place gear is saved in order to keep away from fireplace hazards. Ensure the safekeeping of gear and vehicles. Assist with protection work at gauging stations. Assist with refurbishment and construction work at gauging stations. Assist the technical personnel with different tasks.
