REQUIREMENTS : Senior certificate/Grade 12 with applicable working journey Knowledge: Operation of equipment and tools. Department’s procurement process, Occupational Health and Safety Act. Skills; superb conversation (verbal and written). Interpersonal skills, Time Management skills. Planning of processes. Good purchaser service. Operation of heavy obligation photocopying machine. Personal attributes: Safety conscious, confidentiality, honest and hardworking. Have potential to work underneath pressure, set up and hold harmonious working
relationships with co-workers, personnel and external clients.

DUTIES : The profitable candidate will be accountable for the provision of management support provider with regards to file requests of heavy responsibility bulk photocopying. Procurement of replica equipment’s and stationery Manage and manage get right of entry to of the Photocopying room. Ensure safety of statistics at all times. Ensure that all archives have been neatly bonded and stapled accordingly. Inform customers when files are equipped for collection. Provide bulk shredding and messenger offerings as requested. Ensure all the equipment’s are serviced as required. Provide meter readings to suppliers. Ensure provider invoices are paid on time. Provide month-to-month stats to the supervisor. Perform any different related tasks as per supervisor’s guidelines such as workplace duties.
