Duties & Responsibilities
The cause of the Service Department Manager is to efficiently manage, plan, manipulate and reveal the overall performance of the carrier departments to make sure that they function at an best level. The Manager is completely accountable for the nice of the outputs of these departments and in charge for their profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Department goals and profitability of all carrier departments including:
Hot Foods
Bakery
Delicatessen and Salad Bar
Fresh Produce
Coffee Shop
Fish Department
Sushi Department
Boerewors and Pancake Stand
Managing inventory ranges per product class per department
Managing pricing and POS
Managing Service Department Promotions
Responsible for hygiene and housekeeping
Managing Service Department staff
Managing purchaser expectations
Responsible for opening and closing the store
Desired Experience & Qualification
A Matric Certificate
A Tertiary Qualification in Fresh Food Management
A clear crook record
Minimum 5 years’ ride in all factors of day to day walking and managing of a Service Department
Strong purchaser provider skills
Able to work underneath pressure
Have excessive electricity levels
Computer literate
Industrial Relations journey recommended
A group player
Attention to detail
Helpful, courteous method to helping customers
Prepared to work lengthy hours
