REQUIREMENTS : A acknowledged NQF degree 7 in Maritime research or B Com Transport Economic/Transport Planning as diagnosed by using SAQA and SMS pre-Entry certificate plus 6 -10 years applicable trip of which 5 years ought to be on MMS level. DUTIES : The profitable candidate will be accountable to: Ensure compliance with economic policies and improvement of multilateral and bilateral agreements. Develop and implement the Maritime Industry Development Policy. Develop and put in force a programme for coaching and improvement of artisans in the maritime transport industry. Implement and reveal the B-BBEE Charter with the aid of making sure economic participation of traditionally deprived persons in the maritime industry. Develop and enforce coverage proposals to enhance job introduction in the maritime sector.
