The role for a Mining Security Manager is vacant inside the Fidelity Security Services Group based totally inside the Witbank and Secunda Area, reporting to the General Manager. Minimum Requirements

Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
PSIRA Grade A/B registered.
Valid Driver’s License with personal dependable transport is required.
At least 8-10 years’ ride in the Security & Protection Services Industry specially inside the Mining Security Sector.
Working understanding of the Firearm Act and Firearm competency for Business Purposes.
Health and Safety ride – inside the Mining Industry.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and its requirements.
Great information and journey in Organisational and Environmental Health and Safety, equal guides carried out (SAMTRAC & Risk management, Environmental Health & Safety Management, etc.) will be an introduced advantage.
Risk Audits/Risk Assessments, Implementation of customer SOP’s.
Great appreciation of Security Management statutory necessities and dynamics.
Staff administration trip is required.
Computer literacy with professional understanding of the entire Microsoft package.
Sound planning, administration, interpersonal communication, and purchaser liaison competencies are required.
Developing of policies/procedures and SOP’s.

Ensuring the timeous submission of reviews to each client(s) and Head Office as required.
Submitting applicable weekly / month-to-month incident and widespread reviews to Management.
Investigating incidents and reporting on such.
