Job Description

In this role, you will structure phase of the Mass Foundation Cluster which is one of the biggest customer-facing enterprise segments in Old Mutual. This position develops and drives the implementation of section advertising and marketing method in line with OMSA advertising and marketing approach and phase commercial enterprise plan. Drives Distribution Marketing, Communications function, Internal Events and Conferences, and Advisor on advertising on a range of media
Develops and implements up to 3-year section advertising approach and phase commercial enterprise plan.
Develops and implements the section advertising calendar in coordination with the OMSA Marketing Calendar and the different segments.
Sets and directs the transport of the phase advertising lookup diagram in guide of the phase advertising deliverables.
Delivers the advertising factors of the CVP inside the segment.
Develops the phase CMS principles, strategic framework & governances.
Implements CMS for the segment.
Drives sub-segment market improvement activation.
Influences and leverages off OMSA sponsorship and occasions for phase commercial enterprise achieve (right clients/advisors at events).
Plans, coordinates and contains OMSA Marketing and product advertising abilities and messaging for Distribution Support & End customers.
Ensures that the ordinary OMSA advertising and marketing effort is applicable and nice for the segment.
Drives Old Mutual responses to actively manipulate purchaser expectations.
Manages 5 to 20 staff.
Directly influences dotted-line reporting Marketing Managers to align with & put in force section advertising plans.
Manages intelligence and overall performance management.
Responsible for conversation with the division.
Campaign enhancements to enhance MFC consumer verbal exchange & engagement plans
Requirements

Marketing Degree/Postgraduate Degree
Minimum eight years senior administration experience.
