DUTIES : Conduct and analyze all grievances and complaints obtained from employees throughout the u . s . a . and supply vogue evaluation reviews to management. Draft charges and finalize all misconduct cases. Represent the Department in all disputes referred to the General Public Service Sectoral Bargaining Council
(GPSSBC) and the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA). Conduct advocacy classes on employment associated things country wide.
