Desired Experience & Qualification
At least 5 years journey in all components of day to day going for walks and managing of a meat market
At least two years retail trip in clean ingredients departments
Computer literacy recommended
Industrial Relations trip recommended
Matric with Maths / Science / Accounting or NQF degree 4 equivalent

Grade 1 Meat Cutting Certificate
(OR)
Recognised Butchery Apprenticeship / Learnership
