REQUIREMENTS : Recognized 3-year National Diploma in National Diploma in Human Resources Management or equal at NQF degree 6, coupled with three to 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management; Knowledge of Public Service Policy and Regulatory Framework and different applicable regulations; Knowledge of Public Service Human Resources Management Strategies, Policies, Procedures and Systems, In-depth information and ride of the PERSAL system. Knowledge of Public Service Act and Public Service Regulations. Personal Profile: Human resource expert officer who is aware the significance of preserving the confidentiality of touchy worker facts and top verbal and written communication skills. Ability to talk with exterior and inner partners. Attention to element and quality. Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, initiative and teamwork.

DUTIES : Development and renovation of human assets management, administration and planning strategies, policies, plans and processes. Ensure compliance to organisational strategies, insurance policies and processes. Administer worker fitness and wellness, occupational health, protection and environmental administration strategies and programmes. Administer recruitment, resolution and appointments, conditions of service, remuneration and worker advantages as nicely as depart matters. Administer overall performance administration and improvement system, processes, and personnel data systems. Administer organisational format offerings and job evaluation processes. Administer worker training, improvement and internship programme.
