SALARY : R1 251 183 per annum (Level 14), (All-inclusive revenue package) of which 30%
may be structured in accordance to the individual’s needs.

REQUIREMENTS : Qualification: An gorgeous Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development/ Public Management/ Public Administration or equal tertiary qualification (NQF stage 7 as recognized by SAQA). Successful completion of the Nyukela Pre-entry certificates to Senior
Management Services. Must have a legitimate driver’s license and be pc literate. Experience and Knowledge: A minimal of 5 years’ journey at Senior Management Service degree with good sized trip in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Employee Health and Wellness, Ethics in the Public Service and Labour Relations. Thorough information and perception of Public Service’s regulatory framework (legislation, directives and regulations) concerning to the responsibilities of this role and should possess in-depth knowledge of coverage formulation, implementation and monitoring. Ability to communicate excellently throughout all ranges of personnel in the department. DUTIES : The profitable candidate will be accountable for offering strategic management to Human Resource Management and Human Resources Development in the department. Render Human aid Planning and Administration services. Ensure the planning of human sources for modern and future needs, provide strategic guide on HR practices and policies. Manage the Recruitment and Selection process. Manage Conditions of Service and Remuneration of employees. Promote and hold sound Labour Relations. Promote high standard of Professional Ethics and Code of Conduct in the Department. Develop,
manage and display the implementation of Employee Performance Management and Development System (EPMDS) in the department. Provide Organisational Development/design solutions. Manage the Training and Development processes and programmes in the department. Manage worker Health and Wellness and
Change Management. Develop, co-ordinate and enforce all Gender and Disability associated programmes and things to do inside the Department. Provide strategic course for the usual functioning and overall performance of the Chief Directorate so that pursuits are met. Manage human and economic sources of the
Chief Directorate in accordance to departmental prescripts.
