CENTRE : Bellville

REQUIREMENTS : A Senior / Grade 12 certificate. Knowledge of clerical functions, practices as well as the capability to seize data, function a pc and collate administrative information. Be pc literate and have sound information of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Water Services Act and National Water Act 1998(Act No 36 of 1998). Knowledge of administrative procedures. Understanding of Social and Economic improvement issues. Basic Financial administration and expertise of PFMA. Understanding of IGR Framework Act (2005) Problem fixing and Analysis. People and Diversity Management. Client Orientation and Customer Focus. Communication skills. Planning & organising. Accountability and moral conduct. Willingness to take up on adhoc activities, flexibility.

DUTIES : Implement administrative tactics for the component. Assist with the Implementation of operational sketch for the section. Adhere to the economic approaches in the section. Collate month-to-month reports. Advise administration on desirable administrative practices. Provide comments on recognized administrative gaps. Handle all components pertaining to to the filing. General workplace administration.
