REQUIREMENTS: A three yr tertiary qualification in Public Administration, Public Management, Management, Bachelor of Administration, HRM. Appropriate applicable experience. Valid Driver’s license. Skills: Project Management skills, Communication and Facilitation skills, Language Proficiency, Report Writing, Financial Administration, Computer skills, Negotiation competencies and Time Management. Knowledge: task management, building industry, building contracting, epwp programme, shape and functioning of the department. Personal Attributes: Resourceful, energetic, flexible, helpful, capability to work efficaciously and efficaciously beneath sustained pressure. Ability to meet tight time limits at the same time as turning in brilliant results, assertive, hard-working,highly stimulated and potential to work independently.

DUTIES: The Provision of administrative aid at National Department of Public Works and Infrastructure at the Regional Offices in imposing the EPWP National Youth Service programme: reserving and choice of venues for briefing of attainable NYS learners, guidance of utility varieties for plausible NYS Learners, taking pictures small print of candidates for NYS, shooting of important points of NYS Learners recruited, liaison with HR part to make certain that newcomers small print are captured on persal, collect education wants that have been recognized for NYS and different infrastructure packages for submission to the EPWP coaching team. Provide administrative guide in the implementation of the Contractor Incubator Programme (CIP) at regional level, identification and reserving venues for briefing of contractors to be concerned in the programme, acquiring important points of CIP applicants. Prepare logistics for Capacity Building/Awareness Creation Workshops and/or Training of Stake-Holders, Provide technical help to the EPWP Reporting System Data Capturers. Provide help in acquiring facts for the compilation of EPWP Quarterly reports.
