REQUIREMENTS : A three 12 months tertiary qualification in the Built Environment; Property Management; Real Estate; Town & Regional Planning; Construction, Accounting, Commerce or tertiary qualification with any of the following as most important subjects; Property Law / Asset Management or Accounting with applicable trip in Property / Accounting / Immovable Asset Register Management. Appropriate applicable ride in State land administration and verification of immovable belongings (land and buildings) will be an introduced advantage. Valid Driver’s License. Computer literacy. Decision making skills. Negotiation skills. Excellent inter-personal capabilities and Communication skills. Good Verbal and written conversation Skills. Ability to work underneath stress and cut-off date driven.

DUTIES : General administrative duties and features to guide the Deputy Director: Immovable Asset Register. Assist the Deputy Director with monitoring duties in the course of the implementation section of a variety of Immovable Asset Register projects. Administer the overall performance of bodily verification things to do to furnish popularity facts round the existence and circumstance of all Immovable Assets in the register. Monitor that all upgrades to nation property are accurately recognized and recorded in the IAR. Vesting of land parcels and endorsement of title deeds below the custodianship of DPW. Verify files or statistics from severa sources (Deeds Office, Surveyor-General, Municipalities, etc.). Perform such different duties, fabulous to the role, as might also be required with the aid of the Deputy Director.
