REQUIREMENTS : A three year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration or related skills with terrific experience. Understanding of and competence in Property and Facilities Management such as applicable trip in Cleaning Services. Valid drivers’ license. Computer literacy. Knowledge or appreciation of the Government. Procurement System. An grasp of the PFMA, PPPFA, LOGIS and EPWP. Ability to collect and adjudicate tenders. Sound analytical and interpersonal skills; tested hassle fixing skills. Proven financial, robust verbal and written verbal exchange skills. Negotiation skills. Knowledge and grasp of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations. Ability to enforce structures and exercising manage to make sure sound administration of gear and materials. DUTIES : Manage provider contracts and contractor’s overall performance and high-quality of work for the length of contracts. Manage associated finances and economic planning. Compile specs and take care of inspections in the cleansing field. Manage and manipulate tools and fabric register. Formulate policies and administrative tactics for cleansing maintenance. Manage overall performance primarily based contracts. Appoint alleviation cleaners. Management of Human Resources (work plans, training, profession improvement etc). Events Management.
