REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or NQF Level four qualification as diagnosed by way of SAQA. Ability to speak with all stages of management. Shift and prolonged working hours can also be required. Good interpersonal skills. Basic conversation and literacy. Ability to operate cleansing activities tasks. Knowledge of utilization cleansing substances and equipment.

DUTIES : The profitable candidate will operate the following duties: make certain that day by day cleansing of all flooring is accomplished (sweeping, mopping and, the place necessary, sharpening and/or buffing). Ensure dusting of all horizontal surfaces (low levels) all excessive ledges and fittings, vertical surfaces (walls, cabinets, etc) and all window ledges. Ensure cleansing and disinfect of all telephones the use of the applicable cleansing materials. Dust ornaments, pictures, and handrails. Ensure cleansing of all waste receptacles and cast off all waste to a targeted area. Ensure all spots are smooth inclusive of all low surfaces (glass, walls, doorways and

Manage the development, motivation and utilization of human sources for the unit. Manage subordinates’ key overall performance areas by means of putting and monitoring overall performance requirements and taking movements to right deviations to achieve objectives. Manage and mentor staff.
