JOB DESCRIPTION
An Assistant Manager is responsible for relieving the Store Manager in their absence and assists in preserving employer requirements of housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline, and security.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Banking of cash
Relieve shop supervisor
Maintain corporation requirements of housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline, and protection
Ensure compliance of all business enterprise processes
Assist save supervisor in administration of staff

QUALIFICATIONS
Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics an advantage) or NQF Level four
Previous ride managing humans
