Job Description
The People Data Administrator is accountable for preserving high-integrity People records in accordance with enterprise requirements, compiling correct reporting, and imparting help and coaching on human beings data.

Minimum Requirements
Matric or NQF 4

Duties and Responsibilities
People/HR Administration (35%)

Respond efficiently to queries to assist line managers and end-users from a humans records and admin perspective
Validate People Central records and documentation touching on to the appointment of new Nandocas on the system
Ensure that all People Central candidate files are transformed to back-end appointments timeously and in line with payroll deadlines
Ensure that People Central statistics captured is compliant with Nando’s policies, procedures, and practices
Follow up on unsuitable and / or lacking information timeously
Facilitate ongoing statistics capturing, as described in the People/HR processes
Ensure entire and right clinical resource and provident fund varieties are communicated to applicable events for processing on exterior systems
Check validity of data, making sure correct payroll calculations
Confirm all statistics is equipped in line with described and communicated deadlines
Recruitment Execution (35%)

Manage and coordinate the recruitment system for casas and Central Support, in partnership with the applicable HR Business Partner
Understand the unique Line Manager necessities per vacancy
Proactively supply candidates by using the inner database, headhunting, referrals, the internet, agencies, instructional institutions, and the like
Review recruitment requests for compliance and file any non-conformance
Advertise all open roles either, internally or externally, in accordance with accessible profiles
Review and qualify all functions obtained in accordance with Nando’s recruitment insurance policies and procedures
Conduct all applicable reference and verification checks
Conduct distinct screening of candidates, in accordance with pre-determined questionnaires to set up strengths, abilities and requirements
Coordinate interviews for Line Manager and HR Business Partner, making sure that all applicable recruitment requirements are adhered to
Communicate with candidates, such as the provision of correct job requirements, updates involving functions and the levels of the recruitment process
Provide thorough comments and candidate updates to HR Business Partner’s and Line Management
Provide expert recruitment and fantastic exercise recommendation and coaching to all applicable stakeholders
Collaborate with the larger People Team and BI Team to make certain sustainable staffing and alignment with organizational intelligence initiatives
