PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Head of Customer will be accountable for main the improvement and implementation of consumer statistics techniques that decorate our perception of consumer conduct and power commercial enterprise growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements
ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Customer trip (CX) obsessed, music report of fixing sturdy client needs.

Honours diploma in Analytics, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a associated field.

Proven ride in a senior records or analytics role, ideally in a retail or e-commerce surroundings with a minimal of 5-10 years in a senior managerial-related role.
