JOB DESCRIPTION
Support shop administration in the every day operations of a save to make sure that the standard objectives, shop targets, and purchaser carrier requirements are met & exceeded.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Customer Experience Management:

Drive income via the implementation of client journey techniques to meet consumer provider requirements and reap income targets.
Meet client carrier requirements and obtain income targets. This consists of new account/membership targets.
Maintain ground housekeeping and visible merchandise standards.

Team Management:

Assist in riding the crew within a shop to gain keep KPIs and operational approach in line with corporation values.
Provide ongoing teaching & mentoring to allow and up-skill save associates.

Stock Management:

Ensure that inventory is precisely acquired & unpacked to merchandise and top off the income floor.
Monitor and control inventory ranges via described tactics to mitigate dangers and make certain ample inventory on hand.
Oversee the normal preservation of the stockroom to meet housekeeping standards.

Risk Management:

Assist with compliance assessments thru described approaches (e.g. admin checks, save audits, visible audits, COMO (Continuous Monitoring) reports, POS (Point of Sales) reports, fitness & security standards, weekly hanger counts, safety etc.)
Ensure and implement typical compliance to insurance policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12.
2 to three years’ ride in retail supervisory capacity.
Knowledge on income & provider management.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Effective Communication skills.
Business perception of retail trade, brand, client & product.
