N6 Technical qualifications
Trade Test
Desired Education: Diploma/Degree (BTech) in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
Maintenance planning and Scheduling qualification
2 years of Technical history (Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation.)
Desired Experience: 3years of work ride as a Maintenance Planner, Artisan or Technician
- A legitimate driver’s license with the potential to pass by Rand Water’s K53 driver test.
Primary Duties
Compile month-to-month Equipment Performance Reports of all Engine Rooms
Evaluate, analyse and reveal Plant and Personnel Performances
Manage and be ready in the use of Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) Maximo and Power BI
Monitor and scheduling PM’s in accordance to deliberate frequencies
Supply correct work requests and create work orders for each protection and operations departments
Update the plant repute correctly
Issue weekly branch schedules inside two days after producing
Issue of website specific/ departmental reviews upon request
Label new plants
Compile month-to-month reviews to Maintenance System Administrator
Ensure that asset register codes are same to Maximo Plant hierarchy
Ensure perfect identification of plant and their locations, each in the device and Physical
Monitor and consider Key Performance Indicators in accordance to the signed contract conditions.
Liaise between Maintenance System Administrator, Maintenance Manager Services and contractor request
To function inside the branch budgets
Liaise with all clients inside and external
Create work orders of Periodic R&R and Projects and entire them in the system

Ability to generate and analyse Maintenance records

Ability to look into tools disasters and propose corrective movements via RCA.
Ability to interpret P & IDs, information sheets and O & M manual’s and drawings
Understanding of equipment, equipment and structures used in the Plant
Ability to Create high-quality renovation plans and work schedules
