Job Title: Tactical Response Team Supervisor
Location: Randfontein/Carletonville / RSA

The Tactical Response Team is a specialised unit inside regulation enforcement corporations or safety companies that is accountable for responding to high-risk situations, such as hostage rescues, lively shooter incidents, and terrorist threats. The fundamental purpose of the Tactical Response Team is to shield lives, diffuse hazardous situations, and hold public safety.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Grade 12/Matric.
PSIRA Grade A
TRT Training Certificate (essential).
Minimum of three years of journey in regulation enforcement, army specific operations, or personal protection with a focal point on tactical operations.
Supervisory ride a must, inside the Mining Security Industry will be advantageous.
Competency for all firearms for Business Purpose (Handgun/Shotgun/Rifle).
Certification as a SWAT operator, tactical medic, or comparable specialized coaching is preferred.
Proficiency in firearms handling, tactical maneuvering, and protecting tactics.
Physical health and agility to operate strenuous duties in difficult environments.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Medically Fit – Will have to bear a Medical Assessment.
Clean crook report and legitimate driver’s license.
Should live in the West Rand area.
Key Responsibilities (Not absolutely inclusive):
Respond to high-risk incidents and emergencies as section of a coordinated group effort.
Execute tactical operations, inclusive of hostage rescues, barricade situations, and search and apprehension missions.
Ability to work efficaciously as section of a team, following orders and speaking actually underneath pressure.
Strong problem-solving competencies and the potential to adapt shortly to altering circumstances.
Maintain skillability in tactical skills, such as firearms use, close-quarters combat, and breaching techniques.
Conduct thorough pre-mission planning, talent gathering, and danger assessments.
Provide protection for high-profile events, dignitaries, or necessary infrastructure as needed.
Collaborate with different regulation enforcement businesses or emergency response groups to coordinate joint operations.
Follow strict protocols and tactics to make sure the security of group members, civilians, and suspects.
Train usually to preserve bodily fitness, marksmanship, and tactical proficiency.
Demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and fine conversation capabilities in high-stress situations.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion with touchy data associated to ongoing operations.
Strong ethical persona and dedication to upholding the regulation whilst defending human life.
