REQUIREMENTS : A Grade eight or equal certificate, fundamental schooling capacity to study and write. One (1) to two (2) years experience. Relevant ride in catering and hospitality will be an introduced advantage. Knowledge preserving kitchen utensils easy and safe. Knowledge of sanitation, fitness and protection procedures. Knowledge of hygiene standards. Knowledge of stock strategies and techniques. Knowledge of stocktaking strategies and techniques. Knowledge of meals handling, practise and cooking procedures. Knowledge of meals presentation techniques. Knowledge of serving of food. Basic information in first-rate management. Basic expertise in stock strategies and techniques. Willing to work shifts

DUTIES : Clean kitchens, meals coaching location and sculleries. Clean cooking and established utensils used in kitchens and eating halls. Assemble components for cooking and put together salads, savouries and sandwiches. Pack meals and beverage trays for serving. Cook, toast and warmth easy meals items. Ensure secure maintaining of equipment. Reporting of inaccurate gear and damaged gadgets in the kitchen.
