Job Description
Alert Engine Parts is looking for General Worker to be a part of the department in Briardene. the reason of the role is to operate standard warehouse obligations such as inventory taking, binning, picking, packing, checking, shifting stock, and making sure that the warehouse is usually clean.
Requirements:
Grade 12, Literacy and Numeracy equivalent
At least three Years in a warehouse and or logistics environment- Desirable
Spares/Motor/Engine components knowledge, warehouse structures and procedures
Must be efficient, accurate, targeted and interest to detail
Must have numeracy and literacy skills
Self-motivated and inclined to go the greater mile
Must be a crew player
Physically fit
Honest and exhibit integrity
Clear crook record

Binning
Ensure the binning of incoming merchandise and the replenishment of stock from bulk to choose places is carried out as per fashionable working methods and requirements

Assist in replenishment functions

Picking
Ensure choosing of client and department orders are being picked timorously to meet order reduce off times
Ensure selecting from bulk areas are solely achieved as choice bin when inventory is depleted and no longer replenished in the selecting segment or when choosing bulk orders to stop the breakage of pack sizes
Carry out all real looking and lawful guidance concerning to work given to you by way of your superior
Follow all applicable processes to amplify environment friendly patron satisfaction
Assist in inventory take procedures
Ensure housekeeping is accomplished daily

Scanner Control
Issue scanners to all operators daily.
Book out scanners on the digital app.
