ROLE OVERVIEW
A General Worker performs a vary of duties to help the fantastic functioning of the Kraaifontein Warehouse. This character will be helping with quite a number warehouse responsibilities such as receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and merchandise inside the warehouse as nicely as keeping a easy and organised work environment.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and sell off deliveries of materials, tools, equipment, and products
Count, verify, and look at obtained gadgets for damages or defects
Store acquired objects in precise storage areas
Prepare and pack orders for shipment
Conducting first assessments on orders and making sure that all gadgets are effectively picked / checked and / or packed as per the choosing ticket and / or invoice.
Assist with stock administration by way of updating inventory archives and conducting ordinary inventory takes
Assist in the unloading of containers/ shipments
Maintain a smooth and organised work surroundings by way of cleansing and organising Warehouse, Offices and Bathrooms
Assist with widely wide-spread warehouse responsibilities as needed
REQUIREMENTS
High School Certificate (Grade 12)
Minimum of 1 years working trip inside a Warehouse and / or Retail environment.
Ability to carry and lift heavy items
Attention to element and accuracy
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work properly in a group environment
Valid driver’s licence and dependable transportation
