The 12 month programme will provide a theoretical thing aligned to a NQF Learnership programme and sensible on-site work journey to enhance the competencies and place of business overall performance of entry-level learners. It presents foundational capabilities in literacy, numeracy, communication, laptop and primary enterprise principles.
It is appropriate for Grade 12 certified men and women to increase critical expert skills. During the realistic aspect Learners will supply administrative guide to enhance the effectiveness of managers and the departments in ordinary as work readiness preparation.
The theoretical thing will cover: Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Maths Literacy, Communication capabilities and Computer Skills.
Responsibilities:
Participate in Learnership programme and correctly whole evaluation process;
Participate in all required work-place readiness things to do and exercises
Requirements:
