PURPOSE OF POSITION: To be a servant chief developing a team, promote sales, minimize inventory losses, manipulate stock, lead a group of Dynamos and to preserve a low value way of life in order to meet enterprise goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase income by using focusing on magnificent purchaser provider and world-class save standards, preservation of the keep image, presentation and advertising of stock, inventory management, promotional implementation and right pricing of merchandise in accordance to our charge image. Stock loss is minimised by means of having a wholesome crew spirit and following protection measures, inventory and money dealing with procedures.
Manage a low value commercial enterprise in accordance to the company’s low price lifestyle through riding efficiencies in the store. Ensure administrative obligations inside the shop are accomplished on time, each time in accordance to the employer guidelines. Leading a dynamic crew of Dynamos – taking duty for crew training, teaching and overall performance inside a Sikhula KunYe business enterprise culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 Relevant tertiary schooling – a degree/diploma in a business/retail associated area would be an advantage. Ideally 1-2 years journey in a retail surroundings inside a management role Computer Literate. (Microsoft and Google GSuite – will be an advantage).
ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
