Clover is searching for a Shift Manager: Warehouse to be part of the team.
The cause of the role is to manipulate all elements of a shift in the CDC. To manipulate staff, manipulate the warehouse process, manipulate housekeeping, maintenance, bloodless chain, security and security.
Requirements
National Diploma.
Work shifts/weekends/public holidays.
Business English: Fluent.
Experience in working with senior management.
Work in excessive conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage workforce
Deploy sources on shift.
Apply regular discipline.
Train and increase staff.
Attend CDC administration meetings, body of workers shiftmeetings as required.
Liaise and speak with administration in all departments in the CDC and at the branch.
Set targets & manipulate & measure overall performance of all controllers and group leaders.
Manage the warehouse manner
Oversee receiving and offloading of stock.
Oversee putaways, replenishments and returns.
Oversee the picking, checking & loading functions.
Ensure inventory rotation.
Ensure repacking & sorting of damages to minimise losses.
Ensure positive utilization & upkeep of WMS.
Control Chep pallets & crates.
Manage housekeeping, maintenance, bloodless chain, security & protection
Ensure safety, safety and housekeeping guidelines are complied with.
Maintain bloodless chain.
Ensure right utilisation of loss manage equipment i.e. get entry to control, weigh bridge & CCTV.
Manage inventory breakages & losses.
Ensure right utilization of MHE, equipment, pantechs, trailers, bays & yards.
Comply with felony necessities (e.g. SHE, SABS and BCEA).
Assist with planning and value manage
Ensure price continue to be inside price range and record on deviation.
Plan for aid demands.
Assist in putting budgets.
Assist in doing top planning.
