Job Purpose
To manipulate the airfreight import and export product offerings to clients. To control all elements of the airfreight transport / series requirements. Deliver a consumer provider in line with OTIFNE. Maintain sound relationships with inside and exterior clients, 1/3 celebration carrier companies and different stakeholders making sure strong platform for future growth. Ensure constant carrier excellence and add value. Look after Company vehicle, lift out day by day inspection tests and whole take a look at sheets. Complete every day transport schedules.
Qualifications & Experience
Matric Certificate essential.
A valid, unendorsed Code 10 driver’s licence.
A legitimate PDRP
Key Responsibilities
a. Ensure all shipments are dealt with in line with purchaser requirements.
b. Physical coping with (loading and offloading) of client’s cargo at Airport, Road Haulier Depot, Warehouse and client’s premises
c. Ensuring cargo is in ideal outward circumstance earlier than signing acceptance of the cargo.
d. Taking care of the Company vehicle, every day roadworthy exams and document any faults to Management
e. Taking care of the load the car is carrying at all times, doorways locked, Load physique doorways locked and automobile locked and armed when unattended.
2. Working with Air Import / Export teams
a. To work with Air and Export groups and help in General Air Duties.
b. Identify any problems of challenge and raise to administration for resolution
3. To reap the OTIFNE (On Time In Full No Errors) overall performance requirement making sure customer satisfaction
a. Ensure that we operate in line with the clients’ expectations the place realistic
b. Assist crew individuals as fundamental to keep carrier tiers at all times
c. Adhere to the values of the company at all times
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge:
Knowledge of SAA and Customs Release Processes of cargo.
Skills:
Acceptance of the nature of the job requirement to work time beyond regulation (during the week and at weekends).
Not afraid to take responsibility.
Communication in English at all levels.
Self-motivator.
Well groomed and introduced in a expert manner
