REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 10 certificate. Driver’s License with PDP (Attach a copy). One (1) to three (3) years’ ride as a Driver/Messenger. Basic know-how of government. Knowledge of tracing and retrieving files. Good customer orientation and patron focus. Excellent verbal exchange skills. Accountability and moral conduct.

DUTIES : Responsible for retrieving of documents and supply them to the workplace the place they are being utilized. Retrieved file and verifies items, messages, mails, archives for correctness. Tracking, looking out and placement of correspondence in files. Transporting of group of workers from city to Mthatha dam and again to city after work and transporting of officers attending conferences and workshops and retrieving of documents to more than a few locations. Check and document outgoing files. Place correspondence on the files. Collecting of mail. Willing to work additional time when required. Willing to endure formal and casual training.
