We are searching for a Call Centre Agent, in Bellville, Cape Town to grant purchaser offerings to the customers.
Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle and unravel client complaints
Provide clients with product and carrier information
Effectively deal with job stress, indignant callers, and upset customers
Support and grant most beneficial carrier by way of phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller
Answer calls professionally
Respond to purchaser inquiries
Enter patron data and update
Process Orders accurately
Identify and increase precedence issues
Sell to Customers
Route calls to splendid resources
Follow up consumer calls the place necessary
Complete attendance registers
Meets commitments to customers
Other obligations as assigned by means of management
Job Requirements:
Matric
African Languages i.e. Xhosa, Zulu, Venda, Sotho, Tshona
Skills:
6 months Call Centre Experience
Computer Literacy
Attributes
Be capable to pay attention to the customer’s question and reply adequately
Perfect smartphone etiquette
Able to manage irate customers
Able to multitask
