SALARY : R102 534 per annum (Level 02)
CENTRE : Midmar Dam, Howick

REQUIREMENTS : An ABET certificate. Able to study a number water meters and gauge plates. Ability to study and write. Be bodily fit. Good conversation competencies and potential to work in a team. Ability to work underneath supervision and independently. Must have a fundamental know-how of the use of equipment, equipment and mild machinery. Willingness to journey substantially inside KwaZulu-Natal province. Willingness to work in and round water such as rivers, lakes and dams. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety procedures.

DUTIES : Assisting the Data Collector with collections of digital records and mechanical charts. Load and off load tools, substances and gear on a every day basis. Assist with the cleansing and common repairs. Assist with slicing and getting rid of grass, bushes from gauging stations when required. Operate brush cutter and slashes when required. Clean gauge plates and instrumentation huts when required.
