REQUIREMENTS : Minimum academic qualification: General Education and Training Certificate (GETC)/Grade 9 (Std 7). Experience: Appropriate cleaning/housekeeping and Waste Management journey in a health facility or creche environment. Inherent necessities of the job: Willingness to function responsibilities at irregular hours. Day and night time obligation as required (shift Worker). Overtime and remedy work in different departments to make certain tremendous provision of services. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Must have applicable working know-how of all cleansing and housekeeping policies, protocols and procedures. Good interpersonal, organising and selection making skills. Good work ethics. Knowledge of how to function the Cleaning equipment. Writing and studying capabilities in at least two of the three legitimate languages of the Western Cape. Effective use of inventory and consumables. Ability to work in a group and independently.

DUTIES : Responsible for universal control, organising, performing and co-ordinating of tasks related to linen, waste management, hygiene offerings and inventory control. Responsible for record-keeping and compilation of reports. Ensure a secure environment. Relief in accordance to the wishes of the service. Coordination of the provision of advantageous coaching terrific to provider delivery. Effectively manipulate the utilization and supervision of sources as properly associated HR matters.
