REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate (Standard 10/Grade 12) 1-2 years splendid Clerical / Administrative experience. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Knowledge of Public Service Policies Act and Regulations. Ability to liaise with all tiers of staff. Knowledge of EPMDS, GEPF etc. Communication and interpersonal Skills. Knowledge of laundry techniques Knowledge of fitness and security necessities Sound communication, analytical and choice making and presentation skills. Good expertise and appreciation Of Employee Performance Management and Development System, Labour Relations, Human Resource Development, Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures. Good leadership, coaching, mentoring and private skills. Valid drivers licence.

DUTIES : Manage laundry personnel in the linen and laundry rooms. Maintain a healthful and security working surroundings Responsible for the renovation and restore of laundry equipment. Maintain adequate, as it should be skilled body of workers with regards to laundry procedures, gear operation procedures, restore or marking of linen and clothing, cleanliness and contamination manage and secure use of equipment. Control and reveal tiers of supplies. Ensure the high-quality and environment friendly utilization of assets allotted to the Section, which include the improvement of staff. Provide sound labour relation that will allow the thing to supply first-rate services.
