Job Description
The motive of the function is to plan, lead, organise, manage and help the whole operation, related sources and property of the depot by way of imposing and intentionally using corporation standards, strategic and operational initiatives. Aligning the execution of commercial enterprise and all sources to Company Strategy and initiatives to success.
Position Overview
The depot supervisor oversees the day by day operations of the depot, making sure environment friendly and tremendous fitments, repairs, storage, and stock management. You will be accountable for managing staff, coordinating logistics, preserving a protected and prepared working environment, and assembly operational goals. This consists of duties like overseeing day by day operations, assembly earnings targets, making sure security tactics are followed, and dealing with patron service
Specific Role Responsibilities
Operational Management: Overseeing the daily operations of the depot
Staff Management: Supervising and managing depot staff, which include recruitment, training, and overall performance management.
Inventory Management: Ensuring correct stock levels, optimizing house utilization, and preserving inventory levels.
Safety and Compliance: Maintaining a protected working environment, adhering to protection procedures, and making sure compliance with applicable regulations.
Customer Service: Managing purchaser relationships, dealing with complaints, and making sure a excessive stage of patron service.
Financial Management: Managing the depot’s budget, controlling expenses, and making sure cost-effectiveness.
Reporting: Providing everyday reviews on depot operations, key overall performance indicators, and stock status.
Maintenance and Repairs: Overseeing the renovation and restore of equipment, vehicles, and services inside the depot.
Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12 and any tertiary qualification in Business Management or Sales/Marketing will be advantageous
5 years Management journey inside the automobile industry, Vehicle canopies manufacturing or fitment centre environment
Computer literacy: MS Office Excel, Outlook, and in-house gadget journey (Syspro, Automate or Pastel etc.).
Driver’s license essential
