REQUIREMENTS : An LLB Degree or a 4 (4) yr Legal qualification. A minimal of two (2) years’ criminal journey received after qualification. DUTIES : Co-ordination of Case Flow Management assist method to the Judiciary and prosecution. Manage the issuing of all processes. Initiating Court Proceedings. Co-ordinate, decoding services, appeals and reviews. Process unopposed divorces and the facilitation of Pre-Trial conferences. Quality exams on
Criminal Record Book. Authenticate signatures of Legal Practitioners, notaries and sworn translators. Supervision and administration of staff. Provide practical training and help to the Registrars’ Clerks. Ensure annotation of relevant publications, codes, acts and rules. Attend to and execute requests from the Judiciary in connection with instances and case associated matters. Exercise control over the administration and safekeeping of case data and the document room. Deal with the documents in phrases of the applicable codes and Legislation.
