REQUIREMENTS : National Senior Certificate, National Diploma (NQF Level 6) / B. Degree (NQF Level 7) as identified through SAQA in Road Safety Education, Social Science, Development Studies, Communication, Public Relations, Project Management. A Valid driver’s license. 1-2 years’ ride in Road Safety Environment. Knowledge: National Road Safety Strategy. Road Safety Key Priorities. Road Safety Programs and Projects. National Road Traffic Act. Public Service Regulations. Public Finance Management Act.

DUTIES : Effective implementation of street protection programs: Facilitate institution of street security council. Facilitate sitting of avenue security councils as per the annual schedule. Render secretariat offerings to avenue security council meetings. Mobilise colleges in the district to take part in street protection schooling debates. Conduct avenue protection training debates in the district. Coordinate student patrol offerings in the district. Conduct street security cognizance campaigns concentrated on rural farmers/stock owners. Arrange driver of the year opposition Effective implementation of street protection projects: Conduct avenue security schooling campaigns at some stage in National Arrive Alive Campaign. Implement junior site visitors checking out centres projects. Implement avenue protection childhood projects. Administer assets allotted to the post: Ensure protected retaining of all assets allotted to the post. Detect faults and document them to be repaired. Ensure serviceability of sources allotted to the put up incumbent.
