Purpose of the Job
The OKFD Regional Fresh Foods Manager is accountable for continually improving, implementing, and monitoring all processes, approaches and insurance policies inside the franchise area to aid the member through making sure first-class clean merchandise inside the centered profitability margins (fruit and veg, deli, bakery, cheese, convenience, and fish in the perishables sections). Maximize franchisee clean produce income via monitoring weekly income records towards benchmarks and taking on the spot motion to tackle deviations.

Fresh produce reporting

Provide well timed and correct clean produce reporting to franchisee and divisional offices.

Fresh produce availability assurance

Monitor and propose franchisee how to hold perishable inventory and vary stages on a weekly foundation (including timeous responding to overstock and stock-outs record updates).

Fresh produce is merchandised in accordance to divisional graph and product specification.

Fresh produce fitness and protection compliance, housekeeping, gear monitoring and preventative maintenance

Guide franchisees to implement, display and hold right meals coping with procedures, processes, hygiene requirements and audits.

Advise how to implement, manipulate and preserve bloodless chain requirements of clean produce stock.

Qualifications

Matric – (essential)

Relevant Diploma or Degree – (beneficial)

Experience

+3 years trip in a comparable position – (essential)

Solid trip retail or FMCG – (essential).
