Introduction
SPAR North Rand, a division of The SPAR Group Ltd, is recruiting for a Butchery Specialist At its Distribution Centre, placed in Olifantsfontein.
Duties & Responsibilities
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To supply an advantageous and environment friendly carrier to the Retailers via nice verbal exchange and support, to maximize their profitability as nicely as using loyalty via the DC and authorised suppliers.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Identify methods to make bigger Retailer’s Butchery gross earnings and sales
Ranging and menu design
Recipes and recipe costings
Stock and order control
Production planning to maximise Butchery productivity.
Merchandising and display
Implementation of suitable hygiene and meals protection standards
Assist assignment managers with keep revamps and new keep openings
Advise on the purchasing, diagram and preservation of Butchery equipment
Provide education to Retailers on Fresh Studio
Identify meals developments and put into effect in stores
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
Butchery associated qualification
Minimum three to 5 years’ trip in Butchery Management
Drivers Licence
Excellent interpersonal and verbal exchange skills
Self-motivated and a crew player
Excellent education and teaching skills
In depth appreciation of the meat exchange and modern market conditions
Financial / enterprise acumen
Computer Literate
