Transnet Port Terminals (TPT) invitations dynamic and currently certified graduates to practice for the Young Professional-in-Training Programme 2025.

About the Programme
The Young Professional-in-Training Programme is a structured two-year (24 months) initiative that equips graduates with place of job experience, mentoring, and publicity to a couple of features inside Transnet Port Terminals.
Participants will acquire instruction from mentors and specialists, enabling them to make contributions meaningfully to tasks and attain the abilities required for a profitable profession in operations, research, and statistical sciences.
Key Responsibilities
As a Young Professional-in-Training, your duties will include:
Shadowing team of workers participants and collaborating in structured studying experiences.
Attending meetings, workshops, and gaining publicity to one-of-a-kind functions.
Executing undertaking duties in my view and collaboratively.
Producing satisfactory deliverables for venture solutions.
Engaging with clients to recognize and meet their requirements.
Addressing queries directly and professionally.
Providing administrative support.
Adhering to enterprise policies, procedures, protection regulations, and expert ethics.
Maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all assigned tasks.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants have to meet the following criteria:
Hold an Honours or Master’s diploma in:
Operations Research
Statistical Sciences
Be a South African citizen.
Be aged between 18 and 35 years.
Have 0–1 12 months of applicable work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal conversation skills.
Ability to work in a team, resolve problems, and pay interest to detail.
