RCL Foods is in search of dynamic X2 Warehouse Supervisors to be part of our Grocery division in Randfontein. The profitable incumbents will be accountable for making sure the easy and environment friendly operation of the warehouse, balancing obligations associated to stock management, workforce supervision, security compliance, technique optimization, and patron service.
Minimum Requirements
BCom Logistics (or equal Diploma), ride in an FMCG warehouse nice OR Grade 12 with >5 years’ warehouse ride (3 of which need to be in a management position).
NQF 6 or greater qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics or an equal qualification with at least five years’ ride in a warehousing surroundings (2 of which need to be
in a management position)
Working understanding of a WMS and ERP gadget (Syspro and go with the flow centric preferable)
Working understanding of MSOffice, intermediate stage in Excel.
Sound expertise of warehousing and distribution
Duties & Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of stock.

Optimization of Processes:
Continuously enhance warehouse operations to optimize house utilization and workflow efficiency.
Identifying possibilities for price savings and waste discount (Best in Class opportunities).
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintaining correct data of stock levels, transactions,and warehouse activities.
Generating reviews on key overall performance warning signs (KPIs) such as stock losses, order achievement rates, and productivity.
Providing normal updates to administration on warehouse overall performance and operational issues.
Equipment and Maintenance:
Managing warehouse tools and making sure ideal preservation and repairs.
Coordinating with preservation team of workers or exterior companies for tools servicing.
Evaluating the want for new gear or science to enhance warehouse operations.
Customer Service and Support:
Ensuring well timed and correct order processing and success to meet purchaser demands.
Handling patron inquiries or problems associated to warehouse operations and logistics.
Collaborating with patron carrier groups to unravel any shipping or inventory-related concerns.
