Job Description
Coca – Cola Beverages Africa has an thrilling emptiness of Store Clerk at one of our Mozambique Bottlers – Matola-Gare Plant, main producer of a number of flavors in Mozambique for the ultimate 29 years. This function reviews without delay to the Country Channel & Trade Marketing Manager. The incumbent will be accountable for making sure the guarding of corporation belongings & stock even as minimizing risk, fraud & losses via making sure compliance to inventory manage techniques & procedures.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Key Outputs and Accountabilities

Controlled Inventory:

Ensure all inventory can be accounted for;
Capturing motion of inventory on the system;
Recommend optimum Warehouse layout;
Prepares the gadget for cycle count;
Replacements of advertising materials;
Marketing cloth returns;
Monitors inventory for inventory rotation and initiates the write-off of stock.
Administration Complied with SHEQ & GMP requirements:

Compliance to all TCCMS requirements;
Ensures compliance to 5S requirements.
Warehouse Layout coaching for SCM audit.

Material Creation in SAP and GRV’s .

Self manage

Communicate professionally;
Pro-actively motivate participation, hassle fixing and thinking sharing in crew conferences and day by day interactions to consistently entrench wondering and utility of WCM principles;
Develop self-awareness.
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications and experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 to three years of journey in inventory administration or comparable positions.
SAP (WM, SD minimum) or comparable (ERP) device experience.
Proficiency on English and Portuguese language;
Experience on FMCG commercial enterprise it is advantageous.
